Hi, I am 26 years old male and I am practicing body building for more than two years. I always had a problem when I am bulking I also get several pounds more tan I want and then I have problem how to get rid of it. I would like to know if there is some good lean bulk diet.

Hi, as someone who is exercising for more than six years I may suggest you to try next regime. You need to low intake of fats and carbohydrates but you have to increase intake of proteins if you want to preserve your muscles from loosing its mass. Also do not take any carbohydrates in the night. Also using of health fays like almond's fats is very good.
