Visit your local accredited herbalist, who will prescribe an appropriate herbal 'bitters' mix to use over the next few months. This will help 'dissolve' the stone without surgical removal of your gall bladder.
Many people already have gall stones that don't produce any symptoms. The symptoms, and pain, come about when the stone tries to get out of the gall bladder via the gall bladder duct. This produces spasm, excruciating pain, and if the stone gets stuck, the need for urgent medical attention.
Gall stones are simply bile that has become over-concentrated (one of the roles of your gall bladder is to store and concentrate bile so that its even more powerful when its released to emulsify fats). To 'dissolve' the gall stone, the herbal bitters stimulate the production of a greater quantity of dilute bile, and the original 'stone' gets smaller. Pain may occur when the now tiny 'stone' tries to get out, and if this happens you need to see your doctor - he/she will monitor your progress to ensure that the stone isn't stuck in the duct.
Good luck - its a slow process via the herbal route, but may save you from surgery.

I have been diagnosed with gall bladder stone, and booked for surgery. Can the neck pain be a symptom? I have taken 2 extra strength acetaminophen tabs. Mild relief only. What is your advice?
