I recently had a kidney transplant and have found out that i have a 4mm polyp on my gall bladder. Is there any other treatment besides surgery and if I must have surgery what is the possibility I could reject my kidney?

They did not find gallbladder stones, only polyp? The general rule is that if the polyp is less than 1 cm (10mm) it probably isn't dangerous, especially if there is no gallstones present. So, chances are that, for now, considering kidney transplant and everything, that your doctors will keep monitoring your gallbladder. This, on its own, is not reason for immediate surgery.
