Gas type pains.

For the past 3 days now I have had a steady gas type pain in my left pelvic area it feels like a kidney stone in my bladder or a hellacious gas pain and it is steady and sharp I thought I might have to c**p when I did everything was normal nothing out of the ordinary.. It's hurts so bad on a scale of 1-10 it's a solid 8-9
