I been with this for 5 months and so far what I can recommend is - bed rest , no heavy lifting, take iron and chlorophyll pills , eat healthy more water , no gym no yoga , legs up in the air when you can , reduce movement. Take some magnesium in the pill or liquid form. And please stay updated with me !
