Hi, I'm Male, 14 years of age, and I've had no sexual experiences with anyone. Yesterday my lower stomach started hurting a lot at regular intervals, some longer than others, and then today the pains continued, and now I'm getting a clear but greenish, scent-less "bile" discharge coming out of my Anus.
