hey buddy, when I was a bit younger I had the same problem, i would have a training session then shower and sometimes my mind would runnaway with itself and i would start getting a hard on, and once it started i couldn't do much to stop it. one thing that i would do was bite my thumb really hard, it would generally distract me enough. I would also generally just turn to the wall finish washing quickly so i could get my towel. but sometimes i would be realy relaxed and get a full hard on before i realised i was at the gym, i just stayed in the shower till it went away - if thsi hapens don't make eye contact with anyone just stay in the showers untill it goes down a little. Don't be stressed if your someone sees you with a semi or full hard on, most guys wont care, i've seen a few and ive had a few, nobody cares. As for the old dudes who wont stop looking at you in the shower - man there is nothing that runins a work out more than that. 

When I go training at my gym (4 times a week), I spent good time in the locker room. Usually after a good 2-hour workout, I go to my locker, get undressed - only wearing my cockring and sporting a nice semi-hard and a hot thong tAnline. Then I do my usual stuff: hot tub, shower, sauna and finish with a hard on in the steamroom. I never hesitate to go showering with a semi hard. This feels really good!

I think that if I saw your erection happening in a communial shower, I would have an erection too.

Hi, i have been having the same problems. I always get an extremely embarassing erection in public charge rooms so i have to walk to the shower with a towel, then tighten it when i walk back.

 

C a couple of times its been seen, and on one occasion i had someone stae at it a long time, i have to admit, i found that quite thrilling.

I gym & swim regularly & have done for years. Part of being in a male only changing room is that it's all males together & everyone else there has a penis so they understand what it does! I used to be nervous about spontaneous erections in this environment but once I observed that other guys were relaxed about such things I fully relaxed about my naked body & that every part of it was exposed. I've seen other men in the shower both semi erect & fully erect on many occasions. As a straight man I find this a normal healthy reaction of the male body. Most men just carry on with their business getting washed etc regardless of their erection. I now regularly become fully erect in the shower & I mean FULLY erect, I will confidently just continue to have my shower for as long as it takes, I make no attempt to hide it or get rid of it. 

Nobody should wear shorts in the shower. Having been to about 100 gyms over 20 years I have never seen this. If I did it would stand out. What is wrong with that dude is what I'd be thinking. Yes, guys can glance at each others penises but you cannot stare. Since guys are all different shakes and sizes and some are totally flaccid and some are in a perpetual state of slightly semi, nobody can discern a big penis from a partial hard-on. The only thing in the shower that would be noticeable is a full on hard penis. I've never seen that, having showered communally literally thousands of times. But if I did I would not assume the guy is a perv. I would figure he is having a runaway penis. I would be more concerned about the guy in shorts in the shower with the naked guys.

Don't worry about it just show it all if you really need to release just jerk it most men in the shower get them sometimes I suck other men off in the shower, sauna even in the pool.

Mostly for straight guys. I work out at a local health club. At times in gang showers some straight guys get boners.  I've noticed that when that when that happens other guys seem to have the same thing happens. At times these guys move to a closer shower next to a boner at times they start handling each others erectons.  Does this happen very often with straight and guys; sometimes there ar up to 6 erectons in the shower.  If I didn't know better I'd they are gay. Does this happen very often in the showers?

This is a perfectly normal thing to happen.  I have seen it many times and they younger guys seem to like to compare to others.  So enjoy it and dont be backward and shy.
