Hi,
I had bilateral claw release surgery on my third toes on both of my feet. The pins stay in for 6 weeks, and I've been wearing these ugly surgical boots. I had my surgery done, right before the holidays, and had to stay home for NYE which sucked! lol. I feel like I’m missing out on everything. I'm working 5 days a week, the pain comes and goes. By the time I come home from work I'm so tired that I just go to bed.
I am having my pins removed next week, and just like everyone else I am terrified!! I don't know whose story to believe. Please I need some honest answers, does it hurt? Also how does the surgeon close the holes?
I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with this problem. I grew up being so insecure about my toes; overall I'm glad I got this surgery done.
Thanks :-)
