I'm 18 and have recently found a large lump on my labia. It feels very hard and there is no obvious head on it. It's been here for about a week now and it hasn't gotten any better, I feel it's gotten worse! It's uncomfortable but only sore to the touch. I'm not sexually active at all so it couldn't be an STD. Any advice?
