Been on Zoloft 150mg for 6 or 7 years now. Tried to quit twice over the past few years, but side effects were too bad and went back to it.

Today is my 1 week aniversary of quitting Zoloft cold turkey. I know, it's not recomended. I tried winging myself off of this in the past with the same results as cold turkey.

I'm getting over the flu-like symptoms, but am still having the bad brain zaps/dizziness. Any advice of something to take or do to help this go away or should I just stick with it for a month till I slowly get better?

I've decided to get off of this for good due to coming as close to a divorce as possible. I'm 32 years old, a Christian, have a 9 year old boy and a 3 year old boy. We've been married almost 10 years.

Coming from divorced parents, my main goal in life is to never put this same distruction onto my 2 boys.

I decided to quit for good due to no sex drive and weight gain with efforts to become the man my wife originally fell in love with.

I've experienced emotions I haven't felt in years. I've been crying, hyper at times, and can even get angry again.

Anyway, the main question I have is to find out if there is anything I can do or take naturally to lessen the dizziness feelings.

Thanks for your time.
