I Have been detoxing on subs for a while now. I have a history of heroin abuse but have not used it in over ten years. I also had a bad back. After my first back surgery I had been clean for so long I didn't want any pain killers so they put me on subs. Now I feel like I don't need the subs anymore. And yes, to the response above you need to tapper off the subs. I started on three 8 mg strips a day after my first and through my second back surgery. This past November I went through my second back surgery and I feel a lot less pain. So I decided to detox myself off of the subs as I did with methadone and all other opiates I have been addicted to. This time I dropped from 24 mgs a day to 16 in a week and than from 16 to 8 the next week. with basically now withdraw symptoms. Than from 8 mg I dropped 1mg every two weeks till I got to 4mgs. Now I'm doing half a mg every two weeks and am down to half mg a day. Symptoms are not bad yet. every time I lower my dose the third day is the worst. Not bad where I cant function just tired and stomach bothering me. I was thinking about getting this product if it really works. But I guess I wont know unless I try cause everybody's body responds different. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks matt.

I was on suboxone for 3 years tapered down to 1.5 mgs and jumped off.I bought WD ease and I've been reading other people's posts I'm on day nine right now and I'm feeling alot better the worst was days 3 and 4. Judging what everyone else has wrote for posts WD ease either works or I'm the most mentally strong person walking on this earth. I still have all of the withdrawal symptoms like RLS insomnia stomach cramps diarrhea And chills.. But you can't expect this stuff to just wash it all away. However after 5 days the diarrhea was gone and so were the cramps day 6 i went fishing and felt way better still couldn't sleep well at night. But i never got anxiety or depression. Don't let the horror stories scare you I'm at day 9 i went to work for a 12 hour shift last night and was fine i was in the same mood all night can't remember the last time I went through a day without being anti social and extremely moody.. Ohhh wait yes I can it was before I started abusing drugs.. Funny. Go into it with your feet planted and clenched fists you can beat It!

Methadone is harder to get off then pain pills it builds up in your system so when you stop the first few days aren't that bad because you still have the methadone in your system but once it starts to the withdrawal. Nothing I've used had seem to work but I started smoking weed and it helped with my loss of appetite my trouble sleeping it help with my restless legs restless body and hot bath really help too he can get through the first two weeks your third one should be a breeze and then you should be finished and you can live your life regularly again

use2be, do not give up, I am at this time getting off of Vicodin with the help of Neurontin, I have been thru inpatient Detox before and said, NEVER AGAIN, but, here I am. They Neurontin/Gabapentin helps me get thru the day, take 150 in the morning, 150 mg in the afternoon and 300 at bedtime, and am down to 1 Vicodin 7.5/325 and hoping to cut this in half staring on Monday. YOU CAN DO IT. GOD DOES help us, but we MUST do OUR part. Wishing everyone the BEST and stay strong, there is a way out of this Horror Land, taking Satan's Cookies is NOT the answer. hugs to ALL who read this.

U know I hate when people say things like this and the people that say just bite the bullet obviously never been in the horrible situation of a evil demon dragon of withdrawal it's horrendous and all these herbs and supplements do help kava kava root and valerian root and L-Tyrosine all the ingredients take some edge off and for the people to say don't waist your money don't realize how bad it would have been without it, no their isn't a magical pill and these godsend alternatives like Elimidrol or Withdrawal Ease don't claim that. If any of u were in full blown methadone withdrawal after 14 days u would eat sh*t if it took just a little edge off. Kratom is magical

Kratom is magical I've actually quit while going to work everyday with Elimidrol and Kratom n it took 80% of the edge off.

Withdrawal Ease did absolutely nothing for my SUBOXONE withdrawal symptoms. The night formals has never helped me sleep. The dayytime formula has caused muscle tensions. These symptoms were not present before the Withdrawal Ease. It'svery EXPENSIVE so don't spend your money on something that doesn't work. I have read it helped some but more that it did nothing. Thomas Recipe is something to consider and you can get everything at Wal-Mart or Gnc. I'm returning the Withdrawal Ease for a refund. I have also found it listed on "is this a scam site". I'm going to just tough it out on my own. Good luck and God Bless.

I'm not really sure what you are talking about - I have done a ton of research myself and have never seen anything about Withdrawal ease not being "legit". Withdrawal ease is NOT a scam. I made a couple comments earlier on this thread (not sure why I had to re-register!) about Withdrawal Ease and had a few friends use the product. They have a ton of articles etc. that no illegitimate/fake site would take the time to write. As I mentioned, I know a bunch of people who have tried Withdrawal Ease and they all got some benefit. Everyone is different and the people that I know that took withdrawal ease all had their own "experiences" with the product...some people got more of a benefit than others but they all thought it was very much worth the money. Suboxone withdrawal is difficult and prolonged so it is in the methadone "category" when it comes to withdrawal duration. Perhaps your expectations were very high and it helped but the Sub W/D was just really intense? I don't know...I'm sorry it was so difficult for you and hope that you've made a full recovery.

For any of you wondering if Withdrawal Ease actually works.....For me, YES! The docs were supposed to be helping me get off the pain meds but they weren't. Long acting morphine and oxy for breakthrough pains, they had me over what at some point someone decided was way over the "limit", so they cut me down fast at first, then just left me hanging there when I asked for help getting off of it completely. So, when I decided to do it myself, tried and just couldn't quite get thru it. I ordered the Withdrawal Ease and got off the pills the very first time I tried. I can't tell you how relieved I was to actually get thru it without feeling like I was dying. I still had a couple bad nights, but, I was able to get thru them. And yes, I had tried clonidine and Benadryl prior to this. I would recommend Withdrawal Ease to anyone trying to get off pain meds, it was so very much worth the money!
