I had to use the restroom at school and I looked down and their was blood so then I wiped and their was blood too! And I'm scared have I started my period! And if I did I don't know how to tell my aunt please help I'm only 12

Yes you have probably started your period. Relax it is completely normal for a girl your age to start her period. Your going to get a period every month and almost every woman has one. Your aunt should not have any issue with you starting your period. Just simply tell her while at school you wiped and saw blood and you think you started your period. Get a calendar and keep track of when your period starts and ends every month so you can be prepared for it to come next month. In your locker keep a small bag or purse with personal hygiene products in it so when you start at school you can be prepared. If you have any more questions feel free to ask me.
