Have I injured myself after masturbating?

(Im a 15 year old girl) A while ago I was masturbating and it kind of hurt but not really bad, I thought it was normal, I didn't have a dildo so I used an object for it, after masturbating I noticed that it was hurting but it didn't stay for long, but now everytime I masturbate it hurts, except when it's rubbing, even when I use a dildo or two fingers, idk if that's normal cause I'm a virgin, but sometimes I bleed after doing it (sometimes also when I only rubbed to my pillow without any pain) and it scares me, it's hurting right now and all I put inside was a tampon, because Im in my period, but it hurt, that's not normal, I haven't internly masturbated for days, maybe a week, maybe this is false alarm but someone pls tell me if this is normal or not... (sorry for my English)
