im a somewhat active 17 and i am moderatly fit but i have about 15 pounds worth of body fat i would not mind losing specifically around my stomac and maybe 5 pounds on my chest :$ im hoping for a solution that will dropp 15-20 pounds in 3 months but anyhting will help. so far i have tried doing sittups everynite for around 12 minutes before i go to bed (1 set off 200) and i see no disernable difference in relation to fat loss just more definition to the fat. im trying to eat leaner foods like cutting out pop and energy drinks alongf with no steak or fast food. ive read the forums and ive noticed stuff relating to drinking alot of water and something about ketosis???? so far ive tried the eat more meals of less with moderate success but i need a faster solution. rite now its nov 2 and i need it gone by jan 30
