I am a 21 yr old. i use to be super skinny when i was a teenager but now that ive gotten married and stuff, i gained weight. or as everyone says...i started actually eating. im having problems stickin with a diet and i need help! i feel awful my knees hurt me bad. my feet hurt and i cant figure out what to do can someone help me. ive tried pills cant seem to stick with them. dont know why. anyways...plz someone help me :$

first off you should not use diet pills. they are extremly not good for you and can cause all kinds of long term problems later in life. and also its ok to have a few pounds on you but if you are trying to lose weight just start small by like change one of your meals in to a saled try to change your eating habits a lil and eat healthier. also you should try to get some exercise aswell, go for a walk or a jog. it wont happen right a way but soon youll see results
