Hello.

Burning sensations due to anxiety can be treated in a few ways.

The first step is to identify the source of the anxiety and attempt to reduce it. If the source of the anxiety cannot be identified or reduced, then the next step is to practice relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, and mindfulness meditation.

These techniques can help to reduce physical tension and relieve the burning sensation. Additionally, medications such as anti-anxiety medications or antidepressants may be prescribed to help reduce the burning sensation.

Finally, regular exercise and a healthy diet can help to reduce anxiety and the accompanying burning sensation.

As you see, anxiety is directly connected to the stress level you are experiencing. If you can reduce it, you will relieve physical symptoms as well.
