Regular headaches on my temple have caused me to take tylenol and ibuprofen on a regular basis, which I know is unhealthy and probably right in their with the causes of the headaches themselves. I do know you are not supposed to take pain killers on a daily basis, but I really don't know what else I could do about it. I can't work with these headaches, and I don't want to lose my job or go off sick either. What do you think I should do about the whole situation? Any idea what could be the root cause of these temple headaches?
