Headache Virus???

Been going through this for two weeks now. Nothing helps it comes and goes and when it comes it is full strength pain. I've talked to others and heard they are having the same issues.

Yes, in my household two adults have been suffering for almost two weeks with constant bad headaches, and now the 6 year old has been complaining for three days. Took him to Dr's today, he said looks like a virus, but didn't give it a name. It has been really strange, ive never seen anything like it. Sure hope it passes soon we have vaction coming up too. My husband came down with a headache earlier this week. I have never seen him in so much pain. He couldn't stop moving his legs he was in so much pain. Nausea only came from the pain. Now, last night, I came down with the same thing. No fever that I can tell. Just the worst headache.. Luckily we have Tylenol with codine laying around and we've been taking that and Sudafed. Helps a little but the pain is still very intense. I've never heard of a headache virus. Makes me think it isn't a natural occurrence.

I had it ten days ago and it was horrible. It felt like a terrible migraine except I had none of the forewarnings that I usually do. It descended on me all of a sudden like the plague. It made me nauseous and very stupid. Every question someone asked me would need a three-second delay before I could formulate the required answer. It's getting better now, but I still have a some vertigo and tenderness in the very back of my neck. I'm actually relieved that it's a virus because I hit my head a few months ago and thought it was somehow connected.

Yes I have 3 grandchildren 1 daughter and 1 niece with the same symptoms.2 of my grandchildren I had take to the hospital twice. Then they have followed up with their doctor no real diagnosis only guesses by the er Doctor. Now my daughter has it which is the mother of 2 of the grandchildren . She the headaches were so severe she could not sleep. My grandson was given morphine in the hospital and it didn't help. My granddaughter would vomit every time she would raise her head.

Yes my husband has the same symptoms So do a lot of my coworkers I would watch out. Our dr don't seem to know either. My husband has had it four about 3 weeks. Now I seem to be starting with the headaches.

Hi I have had this for a week know severe headache made me sick had to go to a and e couldn't find anything wrong with me I felt a little better yesterday but today I have upper back pain and been sick again how long does this virus bug last

I had this same headache, it hurt my temple, under my cheek bone, and down my neck, on the left side of my head. It was kind of a tingling migrane that would come and go, every few minutes. Many of my coworkers have the same symptoms. I had this for 8 days. Everyone, has it on one side of their head.

Yes I just had this! Ran almost a week… headache, sweaty, diarrhea and sick to your stomach. The headache was like a migraine

I have this same thing right now and it's been 9 days and I still am not better (reached out to dr yesterday) headache,nausea, joints and bones ache and now my jaw is swollen ! Can't even brush my hair ,I suspect a virus of some sort . I feel better knowing I'm not the only one .its so strange to have this in the middle of summer and I haven't heard anyone else to have this

We live in Ohio. In the past week all 3 of my kids got it. As well as 7 of thier friends. I took my first one that had it to the minute clinic and she nurse wasn't able
To give me specifics on this virus, but did say she saw over 20 kids with the same symptoms. It seems to start with a stomachache then full on headache which Tylenol or Advil didn't work for any of my kids. It was a 23-48 hour virus and just needed
To run its course. If this is a virus, it's a scary one. I felt so helpless
