Headaches are really torture, people who never get them dont understand and there is nothing worse than having them everyday over a long period of time. It can really wear you down. Alot of the symptoms mentioned on here do sound like anxiety, and Propanalol is prescribed for that. I got prescribed that but I didnt like the feeling I got from taking them so didnt really give them a real chance.

Cocodamol 30/500 is good to take the pain away especially when you first start taking them but after a while, you get used to them and the effect dosent last as long.

There is so many causes for headaches and not alot you can do about it, try things to lower your anxiety, try not to worry about anything and to relax as much as possible. Good luck to everyone, I feel your pain.

How's your blood pressure and salt intake?  Allergies can cause headaches esp if you have sinus infection.  But always
be persistence getting Dr to help further  with your problems cause it could be real serious.

I know its been a year since u posted this as to what u may think it is but I pray u were wrong. A young girl at my church has it and the children's hospital she is in said they had a 14 year old there with it and two weeks after being diagnosed they died. We r not sure if the 7 year old at our church is going to make it. Thee disease has been around corr 100 years and only 160 people documented in having it so its very rare. If caught early enough people have lived but drs have to know to look for it. Hope u and everyone else got some answers and was able to get treatment

I am 25 years old. I have been suffering with these symptoms since I was 7 years old. Severe headaches (mine usually start in the middle of my forehead and throbb their way to the sides and back), Migraines, nausea, dizziness, stiff/sore neck, body aches, stomach cramps, light bleeding, back/spine pain, ringing in ears, blurred or spotted vision, and so forth. I've been seeing a Neurologist for 6 yrs, a GI Dr for 4  yrs, and frequent trips to the ER, all with no relief. I have no idea what is going on. I've been told by my Neuro that I have an ultrasensitive brain that is easily irritated by my normal everyday brain waves (which I don't believe). I've had the same headache for over a decade and I am so sick of living with it. I have no problems sleeping but feel lethargic or sleepy. I recently got blood test results back stated that I am Anemic but have never been before so I have no idea if this is related or not. If anybody has figured anything out it would be a huge help and relief to me.

im 20 years old and I had a baby in March of 2011 and had eclampsia and had 2 seizures. From there i was in the hospital for a week after my pregnancy cause they couldnt get my blood pressure under control and i havent had blood pressure problems since then but ever since all that ive had headaches and they are everyday. I've had the headaches in the back of my head by my neck and the shooting pains from my neck to the top of my head and it to happens quick. I get heavy head, dizzy when I stand up to walk, I have insomnia most nights, the lights also trigger my headaches too. I've also started this new problem about a month ago most meals after im done eatting ive got to rush to the bathroom and my stomach ends up in horrible pains and cramps till i have a bowl movement. I get hot flashes and ive found that i have to eat till im full for my headaches to go away. ive tired alot of headache meds and even ones prescribed to me and nothing works. the anxiety meds worked for about a month and then the headaches came back everyday. they get so bad i feel like i have to throw up, its almost like i have the flu. i cant do physical things to long or my headaches are also triggered. Ive gone to the doctors and they say something might have to do with my thyroid but ive had all the ct scans and mri's and blood test and everything else has come out fine. ive also gained some weight and its made me so upset. i didn't know their were so many people experiencing what i have. I just dont know where to go from here, i feel as if im going to have to suffer and live with this problem for the rest of my life cause nothing seems to work it so frustrating. ANY SUGGESTIONS ?

I've been having the same symptoms. I went to the doctor and she didn't even run any tests she just said i should go for a run whenever the headaches start, but, they've gotten worse and now i can barely move when they start. Someone told me it could be chronic reoccuring headaches, but I'm going back to the doctor and demand tests, cause I know when something's wrong with ME, and this isn't right. With doctors, you have to demand they test EVERYTHING, or they won't do it, and you'll fall through the cracks.

PLEASE READD!!  i am a 14 year old girl.. ive gone through so many things you cant imagine.. first off.. i started seeing my primary care doctor.. they said i had allergies and i tried lots of medications and sinus rinse.. it NEVER helped.. ima try to make this short.. okay so then i saw 2 ear nose and throat specialists.. cause i get dizzy every day all day and they thought it was related to my inner ear.. but it wasnt cause ive had two balance tests done on me and both came back normal.. an MRI too.. and i had the dye put in my veins so they could see them on the computer and everything was normal.. this continued.. and i saw a Neurologists and she though i had migranes and the medecation never helped.. im dizzy all day i feel like im on a boat and my head never hurts.. but its strange cause they cant seem to find out what it is or find any medication that helps me.. my primary care doctor doesnt wanna see me cause they have tried everything.. they thought it was anxiety but now their saying its medical to keep looking.. im absent alot in school and this dizziness affects everything i do.. ive cried.. ive been frustrated.. but ima keep on trying.. the doctors might get tired of me and just diagnose me with something i dont have but im not giving up.. its my life.. and ive been like this for a year now.. but im not giving up.. i tried all kinds of medication for vertigo too.. wich is something not so similar to what i am experiencing..i went to soo many emergency rooms and all said the same thing we cant do nothing for u.. well.. thats my life:/  look if your a teenager.. our bodys change.. every year its way different.. some ppl go through this and some dont.. its hard.. but maybe someday it will go away before you know it.. just keep hope.. and try to live your life as normal as you can.. My lifes been hard.. i have a story to tell.. but im hoping someday.. i can look back at it.. and it will all be a nightmare.. that i finally woke up from.. IM thinking it is migranes..a complicated one. but all day.. everyday? any answers?..

I have the same problem and I was talking about it with a girl at work and she also had the same problem and told me that it has something to do with your spin in your back. Its some how cutting off a little bit of the blood circulation to your brain. After she told me this I started to notice that before I started weight lifting I had a very week back and I had this problem and during weight lifting my back was very strong and my spin was straight and i didn't have this problem but now that I haven't lifted in a while my back is week again and I'm going through the same problem again.

I've been experiencing the same symptoms, except the bleeding part. At the moment, my head is throbbing, and normal tones of voice bother me and make it worse. I'm always getting dizzy very easily. My eyesight isn't right. It seems like my vision is criss-crossing. I'm not sure. And I know why I have trouble sleeping at night. I have depression. So, that's something different. At the moment, my eyes are sort of burning. This has been going on for about a year now, I think.
