Do you only get headaches when you wank?
You could try taking a break from wanking for a couple of days to see if it helps with your headache. You can tell your parents and just leave out the part that the headaches happen when you wank. Try to stop for a few days or cut back to once a day if you can and see what happens if you get headaches while doing other things like playing sports or exercising then you should see your doctor. Is masturbation the only thing that causes you to get headaches?
Your heartrate going up and intense feeling when you masturbate could be causing it.
If you play sports or do really physical activities does that cause a headache?
You could maybe try slowing down or maybe laying down on your bed to do it.
If your getting headaches at other times seeing your doctor might be worth considering.
