Coital cephalalgia can frequently occur in a timeframe that exertion headaches occur. It is most common for men to experience these headaches for the first time in their early 20s, or between the ages of 35-44; the reason for this is unclear.
More prevalent in men, by a ratio of 3:1, these headaches appear in roughly 1% of the population, though it has been suggested that the prevalence may be higher, due to the embarrassment of presenting with the disorder, especially in cases where spontaneous remission occurs after a few days. Up to 10% of patients taking medication for erectile dysfunction may experience these headaches. It is important to see a doctor if you have such symptoms in order to rule out a potential brain aneurysm, or tumors. In most cases, these headaches are benign. More serious symptoms include a stiff neck, confusion, and dizziness. As for treatment, a doctor may recommend temporarily suspending sexual activities and masturbation for a short period of time ranging from a few days to a few weeks. In addition, doctors may recommend medications such as Propranolol that can be taken in advance of sexual activity to prevent such headaches. Reduction in weight to a more ideal level and increased exercise may also reduce the likelihood of recurrences. A doctor may wish to order a CT scan to exclude intracranial bleeding or a mass lesion as a cause for this pain, however in the absence of other symptoms this may not be routine. Indomethacin has also been tried.

Basically you all have 1 or both of 2 things.
1. A sinus blockage/runny nose
2. An infection
Without getting really technical because I see some people as young as 12 here freaking out. The cure for this I really simple.
BREATHE!!
If you want to have an orgasm so badly whilst you're sick, then you're going to have to breathe a whole lot more. At the moment with your infection or sinus blockage or both, your brain isn't getting enough oxygen. You'll also notice that when you get sick the muscles in your back and neck get sore and full of 'cricks' more often.
The smartest thing to suggest would be to stop. But that's hard for us because lots of us masterbate for different reasons. To relieve stress, to enjoy ourselves etc. You'll find that this doesn't happen whilst having sex because you're using different muscles and you're breathing a whole lot more. If you really need to cum, ask your partner for a hand, or a mouth etc. Haha.
Here's what you can do to fix the problem:
1. If you really want to continue then take an asprin. Something like Burana 400mg etc (at least 30 mins beforehand) then remember to breathe lots! When masturbating we often forget to breathe. This isn't a problem when we aren't sick.
2. If you're scared and smart you'll stop. You're sick, even if you don't realise it. I think a lot of you are silly and hid the fact that you have a cold. Just put it off for a day, try tomorrow. If it doesn't work, try the next day etc. If that doesn't work then:
3. See your doctor. This will almost definitely be a waste of time and money. He or she will tell you what I am now. They'll immediately stick a light up your nose and down your throat and rell you that you have a cold and a minor infection. They'll either give you a course of antibiotics or tell you to take it easy and drink some tea. Then hand you the doctors bill.
For a background note. This happened to me for the first time ever after going through a 5 day flu. Started off with a horrible sore throat and nothing else. No problems masturbating. Next day horrible throat and blocked nose. No problems masturbating still. Third day, throat is totally fine, nose is completely blocked. No problems masturbating still. Fourth day nose is runny, head feels like it's blocked and made of oil, very mild/minor headache. Nothing else. Tried masturbating in the shower, instant onset of a huge migrane that felt like it was pulling my head through my neck and down into my stomach. Hand went stiff and cramped. Got dizziness etc. Tried again in a bit. Same thing. Just managed to rub one off, barely. Ended up hyperventilating on the floor of the shower for close to 20 minutes and then on the sofa for another 20. Fifth day, runny nose and that's it. Tried again sitting down this time, no difference. The moment I started to enjoy myself it started to hurt. Pretty serious pain around the back of the head near the neck. But really the pain was everywhere. I slowed down, took a break, thought of the best thing I could and breathed tons. Go through it with a little bit of a headache, no shortness of breath afterwards.
Anyway so you guys have a cold or infection or both. Take a break, take an aspirin, have sex instead. Just remember to breathe because if you pass out it will scare the hell out of your parents/roommate/girlfriend and will look horrible.
You don't have a tumor and you're totally normal. And no you don't need to see a doctor and NO you won't have this for the rest of your life. Just chill out. Think of drinking the water that grandma's teeth stay in at night. Turn yourself off and occupy yourself with something else.
Hopefully I've put this whole topic to rest now. It doesn't need any more of the same replies over and over.
P.S. I'm 21 and Australian.
