It's entirely possible that you have a minor sinus inflamation and that the headache is just a functionn of increased blood pressure.

This recently happened to me a couple days ago. I was in the middle of beating off, and before i was about to climax i got a headache, but i decided to keep going anyway, which made it worse. I have had a slight headache for a couple days now, and i tried to beat off again but it just made the pain even more intense. So im just going to have to wait a little longer. I think it has something to do with blood pressure/stress.
