Ive recently started a diet. Basically I'm just watching my calorie intake and exercising 30 minutes a day(i use to already play tennis 2 or 3 times aweek, now i just do a 30 minute indoor bike ride on the days I dont go out on the court. and ive done some research which says you should shoot for 1 to 2 pounds aweek; however, the first 3 days on my diet Ive already lost 5 pounds. Is this bad? I've consumed about 2300 calories each day. Thanks

you may lose more pounds at the beging but

then it will go to 1-2 lb a week
