I have many symptoms and no idea what they could lead to. My hands trembled or have shake since I was 11 years old. When I was 11, I had some sort of panic attack but I wasn't panicking. What happened was i drank a milkshake and after a few sips, my body was shacking as if i were freezing. My parents put 3 sweat suits on me because they thought it was my temperature but it wasn't. I was rushed to the hospital but all the doctor told me was if this happened again to call the ambulance immediately. Since then I can recall my hands shaking.
Then recently I have had these instances when I sit or lay down for an hour or so and stand up my heart slows down but beats super hard. I will feel it before it happens though. After my heart calms down or goes back to normal, I feel very weak and need to lay down or sit down for a while afterwards. I have blurred vision while its happening or I will blackout. I have checked my blood pressure multiple times and it reads the same every time. It's 143 systolic or 78 diastolic and the pulse is 68-75. I'm 19, I weight-lift 5 days a week, I am also 6'1, and weight 215 lbs. Every day I take a break from working out, this instance will occur the day after the break day. I do have my father who did have High blood pressure and has been emitted into the hospital 2 times because he almost died.
Another symptom is my sleep. Ever since I can remember I have some weird sleeping cycles. I can stay up to 6 am or even stay up 2 days at a time, up to 24hr+ at a time before I fall asleep. In the last week I've done it 3 times. I try to lay down and sleep but my body will not drift away. When night comes I get a second burst of energy and stay awake.
Besides these Symptoms, my diet is mediocre. I do not eat much dairy because I'm Lactose-Intolerant, I can't eat pork because my body rejects its almost instantly, and I pretty much try to intake as much protein as possible to help with my weightlifting. I do eat 2 to 3 meals a day and also eat my carbohydrates also. Drinking wise, I don't drink soda but I do drink juices more than water. I consider 1 to 2 of my meals a day to be healthy.
I don't know much about the physiology of the body, so I just posted these symptoms and maybe someone could help me find some field of diagnoses which might help me go in the right direction to treat myself.
Thank You
