Hello Everybody, I'm 21.. I've been feeling sick from past few days with my heart pounding most of the time at night. I also feel a bit dizzy while waking or even when sitting and i have experienced diarrhoe yesterday but not today, However it feels like the food doesn't digest completely.Also have got cold and it worsens it. But whenever i feel like my heart's pounding, I feel the urge to go to the toilet.. What is it? From what I have gathered I think it is Gastroentiritis, because of the food poisoning. When my heart ponded fast the first time , I went to a nearby hospital and got an ECG report. the Doctor examined and told that it is "Arythmia".. that usually happens due to Gastro or stress related problems. Need your help.. I'm worried

If you have gastroenteritis you need medical attention. It is possible you have gastrointestinal problems. However, you could be presenting with diabetes symptoms. One symptoms is a racing heart. If your blood sugar levels are high or low you could experience dizziness while walking or sitting up. For that matter, this could occur while you're sitting in a chair. A simple blood test can tell you if you have diabetes. If you're having stomach/intestinal problems, they will need to take a stool sample from you and run some tests. Either way you should have some tests done. You can go to a clinic to have these things done without an appointment. I'd give that a try and see what happens.
