I have started to work out on a trainer. I have a Heart Rate monitor. I have noticed Heart Rate differences on trainer lately. I wander what it might be. What do you think?

I think that this has nothing to do with a trainer. It must be your heart rate monitor. Working out on a trainer or cycling on an open road makes no difference to your heart. The only difference there may be is intensity. You can pedal faster or harder on one day and you may lighten up on your next workout. Hence the difference. On the other hand if you keep the same intensity there should be no significant difference.
