when I am on my monthly it hurts so bad thst I think I might end up passing out. I've been on it for at least three years but already I cant wait until it is over and done with. A lot of people tell me that I will have to try and hang in there but they dont even know how bad, how painful it really feels. I don't even know what to do I have B. C but I need to know what else I can do to make sure the cramps stop.

Mama, from what I have heard, birth control pills can greatly reduce the pain caused by your period. I am 18 almost 19 and I have not taken it myself because I don't like to use those. also, you may want to consider the side effects and check up on it to make sure that you will not be putting yourself in any danger because from my research, these pills can cause an early menopause for some women
