ok so prom is in less than two weeks and I cant zip up my prom dress! I am mortified, I spend $330 on my dress, its the dress of my dreams and I cant zip it up, I gained weight because of a couple of medicines I was on, sleep aid and birth control? I stopped taking the meds for the time being, my friend told me to get a similar colored lace and redo the back, but idk if that will look very good, please if anyone has any tips PLEASE HELP!!!

Hallo,
Two weeks is not a long period of time and you have to understand that you will have to work hard to get in to that prom dress. How much weight do you need to lose. You have to change your diet instantly and exercise as much as you can. You don’t want to starve your self but you need to eat lighter and avoid all fatty foods. Also try to lose weight with running or other cardio exercises. My suggestion would be that you work every day for the best result, but as soon as you feel too much tired stop and give your body time to rest. I hope this helped.
All the best to you,
Karen

Control ALL salt intake, go to the gym and use the steam room, exercise , just walking daily helps, drink plenty of water, control snacking, and a low calorie-high fiber tv dinner daily until the dance , like Healthy choice, Lean Cuisine, or other low cal,low fat, high fiber tv dinners will help, also dinosaur chicken nuggets with salad and lite vinegrett nightly with an egg sometimes helps. And I dilute most my beverages that are not water. 1/2 milk and 1/2 water, or 1/2 juice and 1/2 water,etc...should help...
