hi im 16 years old and currently wanting to lose weight for my prom in july, im trying to work out a fast but easy way to lose it within a matter of months,im not a big fan of using pills or other medication to lose weight and would like something more healthily or diet wise, thank you

There is no shortcut other than hard work! You need to decide to change your lifestyle in MANY ways! Try asking yourself some questions...
1) What things do I eat that are not bringing me closer to my goals?
2) Am I getting enough exercise? What kind of exercise do I like most? How could I incorporate more of it into my life?
3) Am I sleeping well? Do I oversleep and/or stay up late often? If so, how could I improve?
I'm sure you know what kinds of things make a person overweight: what you need to do is identify exactly what in YOUR life you need to eliminate - how - and follow through. In addition, what kinds of activities do you need to add to your daily agenda?
