I've been hit in the left testicle 3 times in the last 6 months and at first shrugged the pain off but after the last time,around 2 months ago the pain has got increasingly worse. I get pains in upper and lower groin area's when I bend over to pick things up. Sometimes its shooting pains from my testicles up to my stomach and a dull throbbing pain on the testicle. These are all removed however after a hot bath. I have checked for lumps but all seems ok. Please help.
