i am very happy to find this site.i am 23 years old.two nights ago i started feeling this hot feelings under my skin which has me really worried..i havent seena doctor cos i get scared of the hospital.i feel it arounf ma neck and ma hands mostly.and it makes me panic...and to think that i was suffering from panic attack,i feel heavy when this happens.my stomach feels heavy aswell and also it feels like my head is heavy,too heavy for me to move about.from ma throat to my head.i am really not good in putting it into writing but i hope i am understood.i need to know what is wrong with me.thanks i will be happy to get a reply.

I too have experienced this warm hot heat sensation throughout my entire body. It comes and goes. But it appears to be anxiety and stress. I have a hard believing this is the cause but there are no other explanations.
I've been taking some anxiety pills and they might by helping. The sensations are less but still occur. I hate the feeling but there is nothing I can do. I just try to ignore the warm heat and move on. I've found they taking a nap helps a lot.
