I'm in the eighth grade, and I only weigh 89 pounds!!!!!! HELP ME!!!!!!!
I don't know what to do! I don't have much endurance so I've been trying to stay active more and more each day. Would that be a (one of the) cause(s) to my problem?!?! PLEASE TRY TO HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staying physically active is generally good for your health. However, too much physical activity can be harmful to your health if you don't eat enough food or if you don't get enough rest. Endurance athletes can consume up to 5000 to 10000 calories a day. That is 3 to 5 times what an adult human normally would consume. I understand your need to take control of yourself. But you need to give your body a break every now and then.
