lyte can you explain what you are talking about when you say that regular exercise can put on weight? do you mean that if you exercise that you will gain weight or do you mean that you can gain weight in conjunction with a plan of eating more calories to help you gain weight? I think that it would help me to know a little better what you mean because i am rather skinny myself and the information would help. Thanks!

Well in order to exercise you need to have enough energy in you body. So proper eating is important as well. A lot of vegetables with meat off course and fresh fruits. If you just exercise and don't have enough energy in your body system it can be very dangerous. There is a difference in what kind of weight you want to gain. Fat or muscle. Fat is lighter then muscle so my suggestion would always be build up you body muscles and you can have good weight.
