Hello. My name is Tessa and I am 12 years old. A month ago I weighed 62 pounds and now I weight 85.9. How can I lose some weight. I know I am not exactly fat but I cant wear my bikni or anything. :( My friends are all skinny. One of my friends Allie told me she could tell I am gaining alot of weight. I started crying because even my friends new I was gaining weight. What should I do? I want to lose my love handles. I need a diet and exersiceing routine that will work for me. and when i was young i had the same problem. :) not to worry though you will be ok...
now drinking an 8 OZ glass of water before you eat helps and eating small potions slowly will help your stomach to shrink a bit.
If you eat grapefruit in the morning for breakfast it will make your metabolism boost to help work off the calories and exercise.
