The only real way you have to tell if your gf is a virgin is to take her word for it as the hymen can get ruptured many different ways with out them really knowing its happened such as using tampons, horse riding, riding a bicycle or just simple stretching exercises can do it.

First of all are you sure she has a hymen to start with because it doesn't matter how deep you go there will be nothing to break.
When you first enter her if she had a hymen you would of felt slight resistance before it gave way.
