I have a terrible habit. I have tendency to forget things. For instance I am in my car, ready to go to work, and I ask to myself: "Did I turn off the oven?" Or I am going to concert with my friends. Everything is OK but on the entrance I realize that I have forgotten my ticket. How do I kick the habit?

Every one of us has that habit sometimes. Last week I have forgotten that I am cooking the lunch. I was looking some movie on TV when I had felt the smoke. But of course it is not reason to do nothing. You should try to focus on things you do. When you do something stops and says: "I did it." It sounds fuanny but it helps. Also you can use reminders, they are very useful.
