Hey, i am 13 years old and i was very active. This spring i was diagnosed with tendinitis :-( so it hurts to exersice: jumping running or any repetitive movements. I am trying to watch what i eat because soccer season has just ended i am used to eating lots of calories because of my active lifestyle, i find it very difficult to monitor myself. I am a person of extremes, i can either starve myself, or eat my family out of house and home! to give an example i was bulimic and i lost about three and a half pounds a week, and then i started over eating and gained 10 more pounds than i origionally wieghed, i am very muscular but i am losing that muscle, is there any help for me? i would like to lose 5-7 pounds ten would be wonder ful! any ideas, i am open for suggestions.
