Yes, I'm afraid it will. If you were prescribed the dose, you have absolutely nothing to worry about, but if you self-medicated for even a minimum of a week, your liver holds a portion of it, and it will show on any UA (that is, if it's the type of UA that tests specifically FOR Methadone, as many do not).
