Hello, I think I need some help with organizing my life and pointing it out to the right direction. I mean, I have too much obligations, too little time for myself and for sleep and I feel as if I am loosing too much energy. I get affected by colds much more easily than before and I am frightened. How much is this fast life and rush dangerous?

And it really is something that has to be dealt with, because short sleep and a lot of stress will lead to decrease of the immune system and that’s when all sort of conditions affect us more easily. So, try with exercises, more time for yourself, finding a better job, all the things that will help you long-term.
