I have a cyst in my penis shaft left side, since last 6 month which caused
misshaped my penis bending left side.

Are you sure it is a cyst? Who diagnosed it as a cyst? How big is it?
I really think that if it is big enough that it is causing your penis to be misshapen then you need to see a doctor, preferably a urologist, soon.
While a true cyst will generally reduce by itself over time as it is resorbed into the body, 6 months, and the effect on your penis is enough that you need this treated.
If it is just a cyst, and it is still small, it could be a simple, and relatively painless, procedure to drain it.

Ive got the same problem . Got 2 in total . do not feel any pain but that annoys me. I went to the urologist and he said that nothing is serious , no sign of infection and stuff .. So he prescribed me to have a surgery and remove it .
Now , due to some issues , i dont wanna go for surgery , As this is not some kinda serious infection , so is their any way, i can remove it by myself !!

No, you can't remove it yourself. If you do you'll leave a scar for sure and possibly get an infection.
