Hello, I hope you can help me with my father’s problem. He is 58 years old and he has been having problems with coughing and what is interesting, that symptom usually shows up on Monday. I spoke to a doctor on a phone and he said that it might be pneumonitis. How should we deal effectively with that condition?
Well, the best thing would really be for you to take him to that doctor, for a detailed examination. Monday symptoms are pointing to Monday disease, a sign of farmer lungs, or we can say pneumonitis. The therapy will most likely include corticosteroids, because this condition is a sort of allergic reaction.
I was starting to feel ill, and within ten hours; I could'nt even hold my head up. My son and a friend rushed me to the ER, where they had a hard time to even get a DROP of blood. They had to stick a heart cathator in and drain about 650 cc of fliud from my right lung. They told my son and ex- husband, that I wasnt going to make it through the nite. Before this day I never had any symptoms of being ill. This pneumona kills most of the patients in 24 hours...
