Last night, I kinda had trouble sleeping because my hip felt out of place so I would have to get up and extend my right leg backwards to pop my hip bone or sometimes I stretch backwards to pop it. When I pop my hip bone, I don't feel any pain, just saying. I usually have to pop my hip bone when I'm exercising, maybe that's the problem? I'm not sure what's going on but I want to workout this summer and I don't want any consequences with my hip bone. Please and thank you.
