Okay. Now I would like to know how to perform an exercise routine without causing any damage to myself.
I was bedridden for a week back on december 19th. Afterwards I got walking more but still laid down a lot due to fatigue. Now whenever I stand or walk, my heart goes to 120 BPM's (other information: since then my weight has dropped from 145 to currently 131. My height is 5' 10" and my bmi is 18.8.). Is this safe, is it reversible, and is the reversal safe as well?
