I liked to run. Don’t get me wrong, I still do. But I would like to make some changes in my life. I am considering cycling as my new sport. As much as I know almost everything about running I know next to nothing about cycling. Will you please help me to change training from running to cycling?

I must say that you have made the right choice. Cycling is a great sport. Apart from some differences there are many similarities between running and cycling. You use your legs primarily as a power source, you can train to improve your speed, endurance, increase the mileage, etc. If you were a good runner, you will certainly make a fine cyclist. It would be wise to talk to some more experienced cyclists who can give you some tips specific for this sport.
