I have HPV for a few years now, but I just discovered a wart a few weeks ago. I’m also 10 weeks pregn. My OBGYN told me he'll take care of it at my 12 week appt and that is not big deal. What is usual HPV treatment in pregnancy?

A pregnant woman who has human HPV is more likely to develop genital warts than a woman with HPV who is not pregnant, so treatment is recommended to prevent complications during the pregnancy. The following treatments are safe for a pregnant woman with genital warts: laser therapy, TCA and BCA, LEEP, surgical removal by electrocautery or excision
