I have a huge tummy! I am 25 years old. 5 feet 3 inch tall, weight 109 pounds. My tummy is currently 29 inch (right above my belly button) and under my belly button is 32.5 inch. I have a very small frame and any cloths I wear my tummy shows. I run about 45 minuets every other day with a 2 pounds weight in my each hand. I do all kinds of crunches (cycle, reverse etc.). I do not smoke or drink. I eat lots of beans, green, brown rice and fruits etc. What else can be done?? I am open for any ideas. I feel awful everyday... :'(
