My husband has been complaining lately that he's light headed, "spinning" is the word he used, like he can't concentrate. He says he's fine when he wakes in the morning, but it gets worse throughout the day. he now said that he feels nauseaus after he eats, like he's going to vomit. Then it goes away, he doesn't get to the point of vomiting. It's been going on for about 3 days now and although he's not concerned, I am.
He at first thought it was the lighting in his office, cause his office is VERY bright. Then he thought maybe the computer, he just had a full Physical in December and has a clean bill of health, no diabeties, no high cholesterol, he's in great shape. He just had his eye exam too.. so it's not his glasses.

Any word of advice? I read some thingsa bout Vertigo... But I don't know what can cause that.

i understand there's a virus going around. I was told by doctors to keep hydrated. your husband should probably go and get checked out to make sure it's that and not something else.
