I have problem that i have sensitive penis whenever i got turned on or excited i got premature ejection , means i start to release some kind of white water start cumming from my penis and this thing decrease my excitement.
is there any cure about it?

The water might be pre-cum. It normal. And you penis is supposed to be sensitive. And more excited the more sensitive.
yes you are right but pre cum reduces the excitement and also reduces the sensitivity.Because of this i cum early.
