Hello, I have problems since I started taking wellbutrin. Problems are mainly sexual. I became hypersexual since I am using this drug and I ejaculate in a sec. It is so embarrassing, I have to run n bathroom non stop. Is this common side effects or I am the only one with hypersexuality problem?

Unfortunately, there are two problems with Wellbutrin and one is obsessive hypersexuality and premature ejaculation. It’s not good for people with constant high anxiety, and secondly, it's bad for people with my specific kind of sexual problems. I know it's pro-sexual, because of the dopamine response, but unfortunately my main problem is not low sex drive but obsessive hypersexuality and like ... REALLY premature ejaculation, neither of which I ever had a problem with in the past. Wellbutrin would make both those things worse.

So glad it's not just me - I was never a marathon runner, but after 2 months on Wellbutrin I can't even get off the starting block before I'm done. I'm transitioning back to Paxil immediately. Mostly depression, some general anxiety, had zero effect on my sex drive, just this horrible PE.

Its the exact opposite for me, i ejaculate quickly, like a torrent of nut. Then after I ejaculate I keep my erection and have sex for hours on end, I jerk off, get sucked off and screw untill my penis feels like it's going to fall off.

I have nerve issues and I had a high sex drive already but because of my nerves it was harder for me to get off. Even when I do, I'm still hard. I couldn't come again. But now on Wellbutrin I have a super sex drive and I can finish multiple time because I have way more feeling than I ever have I can still stay hard after finishing once but I can finish again finally! And my wife's nerves are messed up the opposite way so she get even more pleasure and to quote her "once I start coming I just keep coming over and over in waves". It's awesome. I can finally keep up with her! Sometime it's hard to make my stuffy go away tho and that can be mildly irritating.

I know this thread is a little old. But if, like me, someone stumbles onto it researching PE for men I would suggest talking to your doctor about a low dose of paroxitine (Paxil) Paroxitine has been used off label to treat PE with documented success. Just know that I am not a medical professional and I am not telling you to run out and start taking Paroxitine. Talk to your doctor and follow his or her direction.

I started Wellbrutrin approx 6 months ago and it was like I was 12 again. Hypersexuality, which I still have, and I became extremely sensitive to the point of having an orgasm almost immediately. After this occurring for the first several weeks I think I had to relearn how to control things again, which I did. Also I am now able to have multiple ejaculations and my erections remain really strong.
