Hi I am Nickie and I'm thirteen. Ever since I shifted I gained about 20 pounds making me 185 pounds which is way too much. I look like I am pregnant and whenever I go with my friends I never fit into anything. I plan to get to 165 pounds by the end of this month and I try really hard but I always get distracted. All my friends wear bikinis and are skinny and I really want to look good before high school. I live in India so having chicken and beef is really hard.
